Requirements
  • Owning and delivering on revenue targets monthly.
  • Bachelors’ degree; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in higher education publishing, healthcare, or educational technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrate experience with sales in higher education or healthcare/publishing.
  • Capable of communicating, building, and maintaining strong relationships at all organizational levels to promote solutions to clinical and educational leadership.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage high levels of volume across multiple prospects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage your creativity, intellect, and results-oriented attitude to advance Colibri’s vision for the future.
Responsibilities
  • Proficiently demonstrate Colibri’s educational digital products and speak to their features and benefits.
  • Responsible for delivery of Colibri solutions, act as the point of contact and trusted advisor, with deep understanding of customers’ business goals and pain points.
  • Define success plans rooted in data, with clear deliverables for each assigned customer and ensure clear communication across the customer operational areas, ensuring best in class service.
  • Work with prospects to displace current vendors or home-grown solutions.
  • Partner with marketing based on needs to be successful outreaching with new prospects.
  • Build a strong understanding of client and industry segmentation, behavior, and insights to drive success.
  • Establish, manage, and grow value-based relationships though exceptional communication and follow through to ensure successful build of new client pipeline.
  • Serve as voice of the customer to prioritize feature requests and platform improvements during product discussions for Colibri to improve our business solutions using the customer feedback loop.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Travel on-site to client meetings, industry conferences, and other travel as needed.
