  • 5+ years in Fleet Management, automotive logistics, or comparable field

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs for our fleet of cargo vans to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Identify and establish relationships with national rental partners, coordinating vehicle rentals when necessary, ensuring availability, and adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate and manage the process of insurance claims related to the fleet, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, registrations, and insurance policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with leasing and rental vendors, cultivating relationships and ensuring quality service.
  • Oversee the installation and utilization of Samsara dashcams across the fleet for safety and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain and improve ongoing driver safety and coaching program aimed at improving safety measures and driver performance within the fleet.
  • Research and find cost-effective maintenance solutions, negotiate service agreements, and optimize expenditure while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, including email correspondence, Slack communication, and other administrative duties as required
