  • Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
  • 6-10 years of total experience with at least 3 years’ experience in treasury operations, fund administration, accounting, audit, and/or a related function
  • Familiarity with private funds desired but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in reconciling large volumes of data
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Participate in meetings to aid in selecting banking partners for new products
  • Compile and submit documentation for opening and closing private fund accounts
  • Administer banking portal entitlements for internal and external partners
  • Maintain banking information in iCapital’s system and issue client instructions
  • Compile and deliver banking activity reports
  • Review team processes and assist with vendor management
  • Assist with cash reconciliations and payment research for Fund Finance teams
