Functional D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Support • Functional ownership for Order to Cash and Record to Report, including GL, AR, Billing & Invoicing, Payments, Bank & Cash Management, Reconciliation, Product & Price, Product Fulfillment (drop ship, returns, receipts), Tax, Period Close, and Consolidation. • L2/L3 production support, configuration changes, and minor enhancements (workflows, parameters, approvals, posting profiles, reason codes, product & price catalog). • Microsoft D365 F&O release management, including evaluation of One Version updates, hotfixes, and new features, with recommendations to Business and IT/Architecture.
