- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java / Spring Boot and other relevant technologies (e.g., SQL, RESTful APIs, K8s, AWS, XML/JSON).
- Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR) and EMR systems is a significant plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design and implement complex integration solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and commitment to high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites mostly within the specified states.
- Ability to work from the Boston office three times a week when not traveling.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our digital health platform and EMR systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific integration requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations for system implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective integration processes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of integration designs, processes, and customer interactions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration capabilities and customer satisfaction.
