About The Job
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and simulate physical layer algorithms.
- Analyze trade-offs between performance and implementation complexity.
- Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all aspects of the wireless system.
- Document algorithms for Software and RTL Designers.
- Collaborate with RF, Digital, and Embedded Software Engineers.
- Work with System Test engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
About You
Required:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in wireless communications and signal processing.
- Familiarity with fixed-point design and implementation trade-offs.
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate with people of different working styles.
- Driven, deadline and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience simulating end-to-end wireless systems under various RF and channel conditions is a plus.
