Requirements
  • You have at least 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience and have served as a thought leader and partner to business executives and stakeholders
  • You have experience working in fast-paced, nimble environments, preferably with highly matrixed or multi-brand global organizations
  • You have a broad background of HR experience including HR Generalist, OD/OE, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning & Development and other employee-related COEs
  • You have proven strength in building values-driven, diverse and inclusive organizations with strong employee engagement
  • You are both a hands-on and strategic leader, able to cast vision and implement initiatives that align with business goals
  • You have completed an undergraduate degree in Business, HR, or related field or have the equivalent years of experience. A Masters degree is preferred
Responsibilities
  • You will serve as a thought partner to Match Group Chief Financial Officer, Chief Business Affairs & Legal Officer and CEO of Evergreen & Emerging leaders
  • You will lead engagement and culture initiatives across the multiple brands, functions and geographies
  • You will develop Talent Management and DEI strategy in collaboration with the corporate team and business leaders You will provide thought leadership and an analytical based perspective to strategy and problem solving for the organization
  • You will lead our global HR team of 20+ professionals in a matrix portfolio model, and partner with the Chief People Officer and the Match Group HR team on strategic initiatives
  • You will collaborate effectively with other functional leaders to optimize cross-functional activities and support their objectives
