  • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years’, or master’s degree and 10 years’ experience supporting Department of Defense, Government contracts, or project management in other industries.
  • Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead or supervisor.
  • Demonstrated success aligning teams, organizations or employee resource groups to achieve a common goal.
  • Secret or above DoD Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
  • Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.
  • Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications, as well as conducting technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives.
  • Acts as the designated representative on-site to the customer’s organization, and in particular senior corporate and military staff.
  • Attends customer meetings. Travels to customer and company headquarters.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition at the site.
  • Provides leadership to other managers at the site.
  • Discusses and advises about U.S. Navy shipboard systems and processes.
  • Integrates with team mates at other locations.
