Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of semiconductor analytical testing experience is required.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Ability to use and safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Proficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematics.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate safety standards in a safety-sensitive position.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.
  • Ability to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including ladders, stairs, catwalks, and uneven surfaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to meet the specified physical demands, including standing, walking, sitting, hand and finger dexterity, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting or moving more than 20 pounds.
  • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in testing systems, including ultra-high-purity gas lines and ultra-pure water systems.
  • Train analytical test technicians on testing procedures.
  • Manage the testing matrix and daily assignment of work.
  • Test process pipe systems for leaks and impurities, including ultra-high-purity gas lines and ultra-pure water systems.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting in clean room and manufacturing settings.
  • Conduct helium leak testing.
  • Perform particle analysis.
  • Perform moisture and oxygen testing.
  • Perform total organic carbon and water testing.
  • Provide facilities support.
  • Participate in third-party quality assurance activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Process pipe and tube welding experience is a plus.
