Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, vendor management, or business analysis with a strong focus on operations and process optimization
  • Experience documenting and improving business processes (LEAN experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, ideally within a global organization/team
  • Microsoft Office - especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of 3E’s extended workforce, including independent and agency-based contractors
  • Monitor and report on annual spending related to contractors
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports on contractor metrics, spend analysis, and workforce composition
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor-related queries from internal teams, contractors, and agencies
  • Oversee and administer 3E’s policies and guidance for managers who oversee contractors
  • Develop new processes as needed to support the extended workforce function as it evolves
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors
  • Develop and utilize a vendor scorecard to track performance and compliance
  • Continuously evaluate 3E’s Extended Workforce Program
  • Partner with legal and compliance to ensure contractor processes adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Escalate contractor-related compliance issues to leadership, legal, and compliance teams promptly
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan
