Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the strategic product leader to produce a detailed product roadmap and convert it into functional work
  • Meet with the Engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity
  • Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met
  • Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering
  • Maintain a pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks to disposition them
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Customer Support teams to deeply understand and address user needs
