Requirements
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to take direction and work as a team towards the execution of a large scale touring event
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and previous experience in building financial models
  • Able to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays as tour permits
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable about the music industry
  • Positive attitude with an ability to take initiative
  • Foreign language abilities preferred (Spanish or Korean)
Responsibilities
  • Handle internal and external communication and correspondence for the international team
  • Responsible for general administrative support activities including preparing documents and presentations, sending meeting notices, creating and maintaining an organized filing system for electronic and hardcopy files
  • Support the meeting and appointment schedules of the international team across multiple time zones
  • Lead planning for event hospitality and artist gifting
  • Book travel and prepare the executive’s expense reports
  • Forward incoming ticket requests to appropriate party, or execute ticket requests when necessary
  • Work onsite at concert and festival events on an as needed basis as an industry liaison and coordinator
  • Supporting daily operational duties related to the executive in a personal and professional capacity. Ensures that all documents are seen and signed in timely manner
  • May assist with special projects as assigned by executive in timely, accurate and confidential manner
