Requirements
  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience in event planning/management
  • Can work onsite up to 5 days per week
Responsibilities
  • Be the face of our Headquarters by greeting visitors, and receiving deliveries/mail
  • Manage our office access, room booking, guest keycard systems
  • Develop and manage continuous and ad hoc engagement opportunities for employees, both in our offices and remotely. Examples of this include: Monthly coffee chats, Happy hours (office/remote), Virtual team building experiences (i.e. poker night, cooking class, game show, etc), Holiday events (parties, remote engagement), ERG event support (event booking, ordering, general planning support), Importantly, this person will have the opportunity to develop many more of these opportunities!
  • Set up conference rooms and provide onsite event management support, as needed
  • Order kitchen, office, and other supplies and assist with cost optimization efforts
  • Forward cleaning, IT, and building requests to the necessary contact and ensure tasks are completed, as appropriate
  • Create meaningful relationships and feedback opportunities with employees
  • Oversee miscellaneous work-related tasks as requested
