Responsibilities:

• You advise and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle on all operational and strategic HR matters – in a trustworthy, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.

• You independently and proactively implement key HR processes – for example, in the areas of talent and performance management, supporting change processes, or compensation & benefits.

• You maintain a constructive collaboration with the works council and coordinate closely on co-determination topics.

• You actively contribute to HR projects and take responsibility for the development and digitalization of our HR processes.

• You conduct job interviews in close coordination with the respective departments and actively contribute your expertise.

• You work daily with modern HR systems such as Workday and SAP and handle various administrative tasks that ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications:

• You hold a university degree in business or law – ideally with a focus on HR – and have several years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• You see yourself as a sparring partner at eye level and navigate confidently in a stakeholder-driven environment.

• You have already successfully applied your labor law knowledge in day-to-day HR operations.

• Experience with modern HR tools such as SAP R3 and/or Workday is desirable.

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way with a hands-on mentality – even in dynamic situations, you keep a clear overview.

• You speak and write German and English fluently (C1 level).
