Requirements
  • Proven experience as a customer facing within the market research space
  • Essential that you understand the market research process from proposal to delivery of client presentations
  • Highly competitive, smart, detail-oriented, and resourceful. A passion for data and insights that will drive our client's business

  • Outstanding soft skills and ability to interact well with managers, co-workers, suppliers and customers is an absolute must

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders across a number of platinum and growing clients
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations in reports and presentations
  • Build professional reports and compelling presentations and deliver those to senior marketing executives with impact
  • Manage research projects end-to-end: from questionnaire design and survey set up, to being responsible for the analysis and output
  • Provide support to clients by responding to ad-hoc requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner and by demonstrating commitment to quality and excellent client servicing
  • Attend client meetings to understand business issues in order drive sophisticated research and analysis on the performance of our clients across a wide variety of objectives and studies
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience across all facets of quantitative research process
  • Post-secondary degree, preferably in marketing, or business, but not essential
  • Highly analytical with a particular propensity to understanding clients' underlying objectives
  • Strong skills in writing and formatting questionnaires, coordinating the fielding of multiple projects and developing report templates
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and how to turn data into insights that deliver high quality results that satisfy client objectives
  • Able to manage the design and analysis of multiple research projects simultaneously
  • Pragmatic, common-sense approach to analysis and problem solving, with an ability to simplify complicated or technical topics
  • Demonstrate exceptionally strong research design and analytical skills
  • Experience handling statistical software packages such as SPSS or SAS
  • English proficiency is required
