Job Summary:

The Systems Intelligence Solutions Sr. IT Project Manager will manage multiple projects across the Health Data Repository (HDR) and the Systems Intelligence teams. The project manager will manage multiple large initiatives for the Systems Intelligence team and 20+ ongoing and maintenance projects for the HDR team. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, resources, deliverables, and administrative tasks. The role will streamline project management processes, improve communication, and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinates and oversees all phases of the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with healthcare operational workflow experience (strongly preferred)

• Experience with software development and/or healthcare oriented application development

• Experience managing Application or Data development initiatives

• Healthcare or Epic experience is a plus

• Strong organizational experience and high level of detail is strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Project Coordination (Advanced): Manages interdependencies among multiple related and unrelated projects whose coordinated delivery is required to achieve higher organizational objectives. Identifies opportunities for cross-discipline participation. Develops and documents project policies and procedures. Manages the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of major project efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
