  • Product implementation experience required of Supply planning or IBP capabilities like o9 , SAP IBP, Kinaxis etc
  • 12+ years of product, program, or digital delivery management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
  • Experience managing teams of up to 50 people, including contractors and non-direct reports
  • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision
  • Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
  • Experience managing daily technical and design direction
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred
  • CPG experience preferred
  • Experience working across geographies and cultures
Responsibilities
  • Own the build and implementation of the NA IBP Product for Frito Lay
  • Support the IBP Product Leadership Team to ensure Frito Lay follows a NA IBP product design
  • Prioritize product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers, act as the integrator role for all streams of work for the market​
  • Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market
  • Own overall quality of product being delivered
  • Measure, manages and reports on KPIs for the product in the market
  • Lead key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues
  • Partner with the the IBP business owner to ensure no gaps in implementation to approved design and requirements
  • Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering
  • Ensure all design gaps are brought forward to the NA product leadership for alignment and approvals for any market specific change requests.
