Capital.com to offer spot virtual-asset services in the UAE after Capital Vault secures full CMA licence. Capital.com today announced plans to offer virtual-asset investment services to clients in the UAE. The move follows a licence granted to its affiliate, Capital Vault Virtual Services L.L.C - S.P.C. ("Capital Vault UAE"), by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the federal regulator for virtual assets in the UAE. The licence allows Capital Vault UAE to deal in virtual assets, either as an agent or as a matching principal, and to provide custody for virtual assets on behalf of clients. Capital Vault UAE is among the first firms licensed under the CMA's virtual-asset framework, and the services it supports will be available to Capital.com clients in the UAE. Once live, Capital.com clients in the UAE will be able to buy virtual-assets outright through the Capital.com app and held in accordance with the client-asset rules applicable to a CMA-licensed custodian. Capital Vault provides that regulated layer, including execution, custody and settlement, under its licence, and operates from an office in Abu Dhabi. This follows Capital Vault Europe which was one of the first batch of firms authorised under MiCA's CASP framework in December 2025. Capital Vault operates as a separate regulated entity, focused specifically on virtual assets, with its governance, custody and risk arrangements held separately from Capital.com's other regulated businesses. Commenting on the licence, Rahul Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Capital Vault UAE, said: "The UAE is at the forefront of virtual-asset regulation in the region, and the Capital Market Authority's review process for virtual-asset licensing reflects that rigour. We have established an office in Abu Dhabi and are building a local team dedicated to virtual assets, and our presence in the UAE is pivotal to our business." Commenting on the licence, Tarik Chebib, Chief Executive Officer MENA, Capital.com, said: "Capital.com clients across the region have been asking for a straightforward, regulated way to buy and hold virtual-assets alongside the markets they already trade. This licence lets us bring that to clients in the UAE, with Capital Vault providing the infrastructure behind it, and more products to follow." Additional virtual-asset products will be announced in due course. This approach is built around giving clients a considered way to access digital assets, structured and well-governed. Capital Vault expects to expand its regulatory footprint and its client-facing virtual-asset services in the UAE.

Capital.com celebrates ten-year anniversary at second annual company Week in London. 19/8/2026 10:50 Ten years after Capital.com was founded in Cyprus, colleagues from the company's offices worldwide gathered in London for Capital.com Week 2026, the group's second annual company-wide event. Capital.com, the global online trading platform, brought together colleagues from its offices around the world for Capital.com Week 2026, held in London on 21 and 22 May. The gathering marked ten years since the company was founded in Cyprus in 2016, and was the second edition of Capital.com Week, following its debut in Dubai in 2025. Capital.com Week was established as an annual event to bring the company's global workforce together in one place, at a stage in the business's development where it now operates through more than 1,200 employees and seven regulated entities across over 150 countries, having started as a single office in Cyprus a decade ago. The event gives colleagues from different offices and functions the opportunity to meet in person, hear directly from company leadership, and take part in shared activities across the two days. This year's programme centred on Capital.com's new brand identity and the promise behind it: to deliver products and services designed to help clients make better decisions. Sessions also covered how the company's growth is paced in step with regulatory approval in each of its markets, reflecting the central role regulation plays in how the business is run, alongside plans for the year ahead and workshops and social activities for colleagues. Feedback gathered after the inaugural Capital.com Week in Dubai directly shaped this year's agenda. The week closed with an evening at the Natural History Museum and a garden party at Syon Park. Commenting on Capital.com Week 2026, Viktor Prokopenya, Founder, Capital.com, said: "When we started this company in Cyprus ten years ago, we wanted to level the playing field and give more people access to financial markets. That need is still there, though it has changed shape. Information is everywhere now, and access on its own is only half the story. The other half is the clarity to turn that information into a decision you understand and can stand behind. That is what we spent this year's Capital.com Week talking about, and where we are taking the company next." Capital.com Week forms part of the company's wider approach to building a connected culture across its international workforce, which spans offices in Cyprus, the UK, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, the Bahamas, the UAE and Australia. In Cyprus, where the company was founded, colleagues take part in local initiatives throughout the year, including the Capital.com Running Challenge and the Limassol Marathon, alongside an internship programme that was first launched in Cyprus to grow local talent. In 2025, the company was Great Place to Work Certified and recognised as a Top Employer in Cyprus, the UK, Bulgaria and Poland, and was named in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 for the Middle East and Cyprus for the third consecutive year. StockWatch in your inbox! Capital.com Week is now an established annual event. Planning for future editions will continue to be informed by feedback gathered from colleagues after each event.

DataPipeSoft ships ai-powered Mean-Reversion Predictor and major trading-platform upgrades. August 2026 DataPipeSoft today announced its largest platform update of the summer, headlined by a new Mean-Reversion Predictor - an AI-assisted market-analysis engine - alongside deeper Capital.com integration, smarter position management, and full-history PnL analytics. Mean-Reversion Predictor: know when a move is overextended. The new Predictor analyzes any supported instrument across three time scales at once - 5-minute, 4-hour, and daily - to detect statistically unusual price moves and estimate how similar moves have historically resolved. For every analysis, the Predictor delivers: * Multi-scale anomaly detection - z-score analysis flags when price action is stretched far beyond its normal range, on each timeframe independently. * Historical reversion evidence - the engine replays comparable past episodes and reports how often, how fast, and how far price reverted, separately for long and short setups. * A clear verdict, not just numbers - a battery of safety checks rolls up into a simple Safe / Caution / High-Risk rating and an actionable open long / open short / wait signal. * Position-aware hedge advice - connect your account and the Predictor weighs your current net exposure against the expected reversion, suggesting when a hedge makes sense. * News awareness - live headline sentiment is factored into the market context. * A built-in AI consultant - subscribers can chat with an AI analyst that is grounded in the live report for the exact instrument being analyzed, so answers reflect the numbers on screen rather than generic market commentary. Coverage is genuinely multi-asset: crypto perpetuals (including Hyperliquid and Kraken futures), plus shares, indices, commodities, and FX via Capital.com - each analyzed with market context appropriate to its asset class. Smarter automated position management. The platform's automated strategies also received significant upgrades: * Percent-based take-profit targets. Global take-profit for partial-close strategies is now expressed as a percentage of position size instead of a fixed dollar amount, so the same strategy settings scale naturally from small accounts to large ones. * One-click manual split close. Traders can now close any individual position slice directly from the dashboard with a single confirmed action, giving manual control without disturbing the rest of the automated position. * Market-regime analysis. A new regime-classification service is integrated into the platform, laying the groundwork for strategies that adapt automatically to trending, ranging, and high-volatility conditions. * Execution safeguards. Order handling on Hyperliquid now enforces exchange minimums and handles cancel/replace edge cases more robustly, and Capital.com trailing-stop closes are priced at the true market level for accurate reporting. Full-history PnL analytics. PnL Analytics now supports an all-time scope: closed-trade history is continuously and durably archived to cloud storage, deduplicated, and merged with live data - so performance reporting is no longer limited to recent activity. Capital.com accounts are now first-class citizens in analytics as well, with per-broker tagging across the dashboard. Availability. All features are live for platform users today. The Mean-Reversion Predictor's AI consultant chat is available to subscribers. DataPipeSoft builds automated trading infrastructure connecting Bybit, MEXC, Hyperliquid, Kraken, and Capital.com under one risk-managed platform.
