- 3-4 years of experience as Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst in IT/Retail/Finance/Healthcare; experience with US clients is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Experience in SQL, Visual Basic scripting, QA processes, Unified Modeling Language, data modelling tools, Business Objects, business intelligence tools, supply chain, and project management tools
- Analytic problem solving approach
- Experience in requirements gathering (IT/Non IT) and creating BRD and FRD; JAD; RUP; UML; SDLC; Scrum; PM tools; Data modelling tools; BI tools; supply chain
- Willingness to relocate nationwide; able to work on contract-W2; pay rate $28-$32/hr negotiable
- Exposure to SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, RUP; UML
- Requirement gathering (Technical/Non-Technical)
- Use cases preparation and documentation of business requirements (BRD, FRD)
- Presentations to the client about project progress
- Apply SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, RUP, and UML
- Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements; create workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
- Experience with US clients is a plus
- MS in Computer Science or Business Administration is a plus
- Experience with PM tools and data modelling tools and BI tools is preferred
- Location willingness to relocate nationwide is not strictly required but stated as requirement
