  • Provide patient-centered comprehensive primary care to our health plan members, including a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits
  • Supervise and support the professional development of medical staff, including chart review, organize CME opportunities, conduct meetings and provide training on clinical topics, policies, and procedures
  • Support recruiting for primary care clinicians to scale the practice nationwide
  • Provide thought leadership and oversight of our clinical strategy, helping to drive the science that makes Sana and its partners meet the highest standard of care
  • Promote population health initiatives to holistically address the clinical (e.g., vaccination rates) and non-clinical (e.g., social determinants of health) needs of our members to improve health equity and outcomes
  • Foster and maintain an external network of clinical thought leaders to stay informed of the latest clinical and policy developments
