Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing or event management, including experience with onsite and offsite events.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing and advertising disciplines.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, with the license class varying based on state-specific requirements.
  • Ability to meet Department of Transportation requirements and pass a driving test.
  • Ability to operate and drive large class 3 vehicles.
  • Ability to speak publicly and facilitate presentations.
  • Ability to use computers and computer systems, including hardware and software, to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks.
  • Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with essential deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to understand and apply information and data related to the essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to safely ambulate and maneuver at company locations and follow site-specific safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and represent the company at recruitment events, including career fairs, community festivals, dealership receptions, and campus open houses, including transporting the company truck and trailer and setting up demonstrations.
  • Drive enrollment growth by identifying and engaging prospective students through events that generate high-value leads and strong inquiry-to-start conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute local event strategies, including high school STEM demonstrations, employer-sponsored showcases, and campus-hosted experiences, to optimize event return on investment.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry partners, local employers, educational providers, high school staff, and industry leaders to increase brand presence and student referrals.
  • Track and analyze event success and measure impacts on student inquiries, enrollments, and starts.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Develop and test new event formats and promotional tactics to improve student engagement and interest.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations at high schools, community events, and employer partner activations.
  • Work indoors at assigned company locations and outdoors at events as required.
  • Travel locally and overnight as required, up to 80%.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management.
  • At least one year of experience working in a cross-functional organizational environment.
  • At least one year of experience developing and negotiating sponsorship agreements.
  • At least one year of experience in event planning and execution, including lead generation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
