Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Math or related field
  • Media and Acquisition Marketing - Data management experience. Includes knowledge of Google product suite (Double Click Manager, Search Ads, YouTube etc.) and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build solid internal and external relationships at all levels
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and managing multiple projects
  • Must possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects
  • The ability to think strategically and implement methods to ensure procedures are completed at the highest standard

  • Experience Managing vendor relationships and third party integrations

  • 2+ years using or administering a BI Tool (Datorama, PowerBI, Tableau, Pentaho, Looker)
  • Must understand excel pivot tables fluently
  • Digital Marketing experience is a must
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Account & Trading teams to set up campaign dashboards in Datorama to visualize key campaign metrics and performance
  • Manage data deliveries from Agencies and Ad Operations teams, both automated and manual processes and set up automated monitoring and alerting systems
  • Review and maintain business logic applied on top of data from native sources ( Google Ad words, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and ensure compliance to taxonomies
  • Perform routine audits of campaign data to ensure complete data, prevent discrepancies between data sources, and mapping/monitoring of all KPIs
  • Develop Data Integrity tools and reports for quick and efficient monitoring of campaign data health and discrepancies
  • Work with team on projects to continuously improve the quantity and quality of insights
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and management to develop dashboards & associated reporting to allow teams easily explore data pertinent to their ongoing operations
  • Monitor project technical resource row usage and develop workflows and guidelines to remove unnecessary data in order to keep project costs controlled
  • Provide daily support to global users; act as a company expert for Datorama and campaign data processes; identify top issue drivers and propose solutions to mitigate
  • Manage Datorama vendor relationship including providing recommendations around contract renewals
