What You’ll Do

• Create and implement effective sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals to drive team performance and revenue growth.

• Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance sales team skills, fostering a high-performing, motivated team.

• Oversee the accurate use of CRM systems and sales reporting tools to ensure data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.

• Develop strong relationships with key clients and prospects to build trust and secure long-term partnerships.

• Guide your team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and consistent results.

What You Bring

• You have proven leadership skills. You've led sales teams to surpass quotas in high-stakes industries like mortgage, debt settlement, or similar fields.

• You excel in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment that is onsite and bring with you deep CRM experience. 

• You can speak to how you've inspired your teams, build strong client relationships, and navigated challenges with strategic insight and determination.

• English/Spanish fluency is a major plus, unlocking additional opportunities to connect with clients and prospects.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $180,000 - $350,000 per/year based on team performance 

• Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week
