  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of IT systems/tech stacks and their impact on business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with change management frameworks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management principles (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, including defining target operating models and change management plans.
  • Conducts in-depth current-state process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develops and implements process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Creates detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation.
  • Collaborates with IT teams to assess system capabilities and identify areas for automation and integration.
  • Recommends process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Facilitates workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects.
  • Design and implement intuitive change management frameworks and visuals to accelerate organization transformation – and inspire employee buy-in and participation.
  • Builds consensus and drives collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Coaches and mentors team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Develops and executes change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
  • Collects and analyzes process performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  • Tracks process improvement initiatives and calculates ROI.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Identifies and implements best practices.
  • Stays current with industry trends and process improvement methodologies.
