Requirements
  • 8+ years experience as a Copywriter for an advertising agency and/or in-house for a globally recognized brand
  • Portfolio of beautiful, compelling digital, conceptual, and brand oriented work
  • Ability to use consumer-driven storytelling to tell compelling stories for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Love of language and passion for storytelling
  • Understand how to follow brand guidelines and work within a design system and established voice and tone
  • Ability to make complex marketing programs and products look simple
  • Experience working collaboratively in Figma, Bloc, Google and Adobe suite applications
  • Punctuation-perfect attention to detail
  • Ability to create according to business and technical requirements and comfort with ambiguity and changes in direction
  • Fluency extending ideas above and below the line
  • Experience writing for different audiences (B2B, consumer, enterprise)
  • Experience in overseeing junior teams and/or agency teams
Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling, inspiring, conceptual/platform ideas that can extend across multiple channels - especially owned channels (CRM)
  • Set the tone/direction of campaigns to build concepts and bring them to life
  • Challenge the digital status quo
  • Create ideas that: hack platforms, apply existing tech in interesting ways, innovate new ways for the brand to appear in the world both physically and digitally
  • Create work that is insightful, culturally relevant, meaningfully innovative and helps push the brand forward as a respected and trusted global leader
  • Provide agency oversight (creative direction and feedback) on projects with external agency partners
  • Manage and collaborate with internal creative teams
  • Ideate concepts that can work globally and scale locally
  • Ensure quality is high in all aspects of execution
  • Ability to sell your ideas with excellent presentation skills
