Pivotal Group has sold GlobalMeet, an enterprise webcasting and virtual events platform used by over half of Fortune 500 companies, to N. Harris Computer Corporation, an operating group of Constellation Software. The transaction closed on 2 December 2025. Pivotal Group acquired GlobalMeet two years ago and invested millions in technology enhancements, strengthening its C-suite team and improving platform performance, security and scalability. These improvements expanded GlobalMeet's client base and positioned it for long-term growth. Constellation Software, a Canadian public company with approximately $70 billion market capitalisation, operates hundreds of vertical-market software businesses worldwide. The acquisition expands Harris's presence in secure enterprise communications and large-scale virtual event technology. The Cosine Group led the competitive sale process.
Ardian has sold its stake in Eloquant, a French company, to Harris. McDermott Will & Schulte advised Ardian, while Mayer Brown advised Harris on the transaction.
