  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software
  • Experience as a leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams
  • Ideally, experience at a company that has grown ARR from $100M to $1B
  • Proven ability to implement metrics-driven, process-based best practices
  • Strength in cross-functional partnership
  • Self-driven, high-energy leader with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Product and business unit leaders to inspire and inform financial business plans
  • Work closely with Product leadership to define and measure success for product development
  • Gather, analyze, and respond to competitive intelligence
  • Craft and optimize solution/product-level value propositions and messaging
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve new pricing/packaging models
  • Work with Strategic Operations and Business Development/Partnerships to determine opportunities and joint GTM plans
  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, and Customer Experience (CX)
