The Associate Director, PACOM Training & Advising offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership across Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s PACOM region while directly contributing to student success and staff development. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening operations, and creating consistent, high-quality student support experiences across a geographically diverse region.
The Associate Director will have the opportunity to shape and enhance training and onboarding programs, including innovative Canvas-based learning experiences, while coaching and mentoring staff to strengthen their advising and operational capabilities. The position will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement, using data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness, and implementing solutions that improve team performance and operational efficiency.
This role provides significant cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to build strong partnerships with advising, financial aid, academic departments, military education partners, and other University stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in academic policies, military tuition assistance, and regional advising practices, the Associate Director will help ensure PACOM operations remain aligned with University standards and evolving student needs.
The Associate Director will also contribute to major regional initiatives, including PACOM graduation activities, compliance efforts, and campus operational improvements.
