Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English to actively participate in technical discussions.
  • Must reside in India for the full duration of the internship.
  • Anticipated graduation date in 2027.
  • Full-time availability for a 26-week internship starting January 2027 or later.
  • An updated CV or resume and a current unofficial or official transcript in English are required for the application.
Responsibilities
  • Build internal solutions with custom front-ends, including web and mobile applications, and back-end services that automate business processes.
  • Maintain development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular, self-sustaining code.
  • Deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot partners' day-to-day problems.
  • Understand operational workflows, identify and define tool needs for operational scaling, and drive the development and deployment of tools with Engineering.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with analysts.
  • Integrate third-party products into internal systems and support and upgrade implemented systems.
  • Define and implement solutions with internal teams to improve business processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and support Google's internal business applications.
  • Implement vendor-sourced enterprise software, configure and customize it, and integrate it with internal systems.
  • Create custom-built software when required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience programming in Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience in systems software or algorithms, SQL, Spring, API development, web services including RESTful and SOAP, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
