- Define, communicate, and champion the trading product vision and roadmap
- Ensure alignment of the product strategy with the company's strategic objectives and growth targets
- Team Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing product managers
- Foster a collaborative culture, inspiring the team to deliver their best work
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and launch
- Represent the product team in executive discussions, presenting product plans and performance metrics
- Market Insights
- Continuously gather and analyze market data, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Validate product ideas through prototyping, market testing, and customer feedback
- Product Execution
- Oversee all stages of the product life-cycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Ensure that products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
