  • 5+ years of successful experience in enterprise infrastructure sales, preferably in (quasi) start-up technologies where establishing name recognition is key, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise storage solutions, preferably with a focus on large-scale deployments and a deep understanding of customer workflows and applications.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within key target industries.
  • Proven experience working effectively with channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging a network of connections, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Have a passion for supporting customers to provide the best solution, optimizing technical resources for the customer along with addressing financial goals.
  • Effectively leverage internal resources (pre-sales, post-sales, product, engineering, marketing, C-level) through strong influence and leadership to achieve sales objectives.

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and provide regular updates on progress towards sales targets.
  • Continuously enhance your sales skills and knowledge of Scality's products, services, and competitive landscape.
