About your role:
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience building and enhancing our cutting-edge applications. You’ll work closely with our talented engineering team, contributing to various projects and learning the ins and outs of the software development life cycle. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your coding skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a real impact.
Your team:
Our cross-functional engineering team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our Donors and Giving Partners. With over 1 million donors and a 5-star app rating, we champion their needs and build award-winning UI/UX. Together, we make giving a beautiful experience, connecting people with the causes they care about.
You will get to:
- Take ownership of specific coding tasks and features, allowing you to see your work come to life
- Collaborate and get mentored by experienced engineers, learning best practices and contributing to team goals
- Participate in code reviews and receive constructive feedback to enhance your coding skills
- Gain valuable experience in an agile development environment, where your contributions directly affect our software’s success

Your experience:
- Prior software development Internships or experience
- High School degree
- Basic software development proficiency
- Presentation at conferences and research work Is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
