Responsibilities
  • Ability to create, mobilize and inspire a vision for your team in pursuit of growing the home modality
  • Develop geographic level strategic growth and execution plans
  • Communicates geographic level strategic growth plan to Division Home Directors, Division Vice Presidents and key stakeholders
  • Source and develop relationships to expand home program with external stakeholders such as hospital boards, payors or other partners in healthcare
  • Develop internal relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Increasing growth in the home modalities – peritoneal and home hemodialysis
  • Accountable to clinical outcomes, growth, retention and engagement and operational efficiency
  • Accountable for overall maintenance and growth of hospital partnerships
  • Owning your results which you’ll communicate and share with DaVita’s senior leadership; including Group Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents
  • Partnering with Acutes/ Hospital Services team to strengthen hospital partnerships related to modality education and Home activities
  • Setting and meeting financial budget formulation across the U.S.
  • Teammate development: actively develop home leadership bench strength and create robust succession planning
  • Compliance/ Risk Management: uphold compliance expectations for all DaVita policies, audits, corrective actions, training and programs in accordance with State and Federal regulations for patient care services
