- 6+ years as a project manager leading technical teams.

- Strong understanding and application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (e.g., sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives).
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong technical foundation.
- Experience in technology implementations, cloud transformations, or data integrations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives.
- Manage multiple workstreams, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage scope, schedules, risks, and resources while driving collaboration across technical teams such as software engineering, cloud transformation, or data integration teams.
- A light hands-on approach to technical problem-solving will be valuable for troubleshooting and quality assurance.
- Build strong client relationships that lead to new project opportunities.
- Contribute to CompassX initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, and firm development.
