Responsibilities
  • You actively develop your center through local marketing and sales initiatives, customer retention activities, referrals, and community engagement
  • You plan and execute local marketing and sales measures that increase visibility, attract new families, and contribute to sustainable growth
  • You monitor the most important KPIs and use data to steer your center towards success
  • You analyze business performance and derive concrete actions to achieve your targets
  • You manage center utilization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • You build and maintain relationships within the local community and strengthen your center’s local presence
  • You conduct consultations with parents and students and identify the right educational solution for their individual needs
  • You ensure that no parent inquiry goes unanswered and that every family receives a timely and professional response
