  • No prior experience is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to learn, work dependably, contribute to the team, and support night-shift operations.
  • Candidates in applicable roles must be able to perform hands-on production work, follow process steps and production standards, maintain quality and output standards, and operate equipment safely.
  • Maintenance Technician candidates must be able to troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, work independently, and respond to equipment needs.
  • Cross-training is provided and expected in many roles, and team members must be willing to learn multiple processes and support where needed.
Responsibilities
  • Operate punch press equipment by loading material, monitoring part quality, following production standards, and maintaining a consistent production pace.
  • Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specification, measure parts accurately, and produce quality work for downstream assembly and production.
  • Operate fin press equipment to produce metal fin components, perform quality checks, and maintain output standards.
  • Run hairpin bending equipment to form copper tubing, maintain consistency and measurement accuracy, and produce parts meeting quality expectations.
  • Assemble metal components and complete lacing work for final production while following process steps accurately and consistently.
  • Operate computer numerical control production equipment to expand copper material accurately and consistently, including equipment setup, part-quality checks, and safe operation.
  • Join copper components using brazing processes to create strong, leak-free connections in finished cooling products.
  • Inspect and test finished products for quality, performance, and leak integrity before shipment.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and organizing materials accurately and safely.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and perform preventive maintenance to keep plant production running.
  • Inspect parts and finished products, identify defects, support problem-solving efforts, and maintain consistency throughout production.
