  • Candidates MUST come from the infrastructure / data / AI/ML software space.
  • Candidates MUST have a minimum 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Candidate MUST have managed an Enterprise Account team, closing net new logos AND driving horizontal expansion of new use cases
  • Candidates MUST have a consistent track record of performance above quota / top of peer group
  • Candidates MUST not be “job hoppers”. We want to see consistent performance over a 2-3 year period (min.) at a single company.
  • Candidates MUST have start-up experience
  • It is Preferred that the candidate has PLG GTM experience
  • It is Preferred that the candidate understands MEDDPPICC
  • Build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Focus on leadership, development, and the execution of Enterprise Sales goals
  • Partner closely with the SE, CS, Product, and Marketing teams
