Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of college experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on rental schedules
Responsibilities
  • Oversee facility rentals from start to finish, including preparation, on-site supervision, and post-event cleanup
  • Set up and break down soccer fields and practice fields according to event requirements
  • Open and close facilities as scheduled
  • Manage the closing of the tennis bubble when required
  • Remain on-site during rentals to monitor activities, address issues, and ensure compliance with rental agreements, safety standards, and operational guidelines
  • Maintain facilities through cleaning and restoring spaces after rentals
  • Inspect fields and equipment before and after use
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate departments
  • Represent the department during all assigned shifts and provide professional and courteous service at all times
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in facilities operations, event support, or athletic field management is preferred
