AmeriLife Group has completed its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management from TIH Insurance Holdings. Crump will continue as a standalone brand under CEO Mike Martini within AmeriLife's Wealth Group. Crump distributes insurance products to over 26,000 professionals, placing $13 billion in annual premiums and $90 billion in life insurance protection. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
