  • Strong B2B and D2C marketing experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead strategic marketing plans.
  • Demonstrate and generate awareness of SageSure’s strategic positioning and advancement of our products.
  • Consult and collaborate with key internal and external partners to develop marketing plans to meet business needs/objectives.
  • Develop market understanding to recognize trends and opportunities that could be used to help differentiate SageSure and provide a competitive advantage.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources by writing effective briefs and leading productive cross functional meetings to ensure execution delivers on the objectives, on time, on budget and on brand.
  • Ensure assigned marketing programs, promotions and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.
  • Identify and encourage strategic enhancements and efficiencies that can be gained by leveraging technology, enabling deeper personalization, greater engagement, and an improved agent experience.
  • Apply an analytical mindset in optimization efforts of all initiatives and campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing and business leaders to plan, develop and execute annual marketing plans.
  • Proactively provide visibility to insights through the effective use of marketing tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest innovation in marketing with an eye for improving SageSure's capabilities.
  • Develop and lead marketing initiatives, as well as coach others on how to think strategically.
  • Be the go-to leader for strategic marketing insights and understanding for stakeholders across the organization.
