  • Experience configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
  • Experience complex case workflows
  • Experience in building new rules and rule sets for business logic
  • Experience in creating new UI sections/harnesses and customizing Pega UI using themes
  • Experience in using data pages, data transforms, creating and exposing rest services for high data volume
  • Hands-on experience in Java
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams across Apple to understand and develop new features
  • Work within and outside team to design and build highly scalable, secure and robust applications
  • Partner with SRE, QA and Infrastructure team to drive successful product release and resolve production issues
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to enable transparent work culture
Desired Qualifications
  • LSA with 8+ years configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework
  • Should be aware of best practices in general application design as well as Pega application design
  • Should have good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
  • Should have hands-on experience in Java
