  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Word Excel and Revit.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative exhibit creative problem-solving demonstrate eagerness to learn while remaining dedicated to the team.
  • Knowledge of AGI32 lighting calculations software.
  • Knowledge of Revit and other drafting software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Four-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
  • 0-2 year of experience.
  • EIT certificate preferred.
  • Eager to pursue additional training and certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of senior staff perform designs of varying size.
  • Learn to prepare load analysis for projects at various stages of design.
  • Prepare construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare drawings detailing system designed that meet client, airport and/or FAA requirements.
  • Design lighting/lighting controls and perform necessary lighting level calculations.
  • Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building.
  • Coordinate work with other disciplines.
  • Maintain Milhouse quality control standards.
  • Shop drawing review and disposition.
  • Prepare project documents and reports.
  • Perform contract administration as required.
  • Assist management as directed.
