Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (healthcare tech experience is preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with pharmacies and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win partnerships.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and Onboard Pharmacies: Actively seek and identify potential pharmacy partners, establishing and fostering relationships to expand our network.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Building: Collaborate with pharmacies to negotiate favorable terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Blink Health.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Patient Services, and Legal teams, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing collaboration with pharmacy partners.
  • Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of interactions with pharmacy partners and update the CRM system regularly.
