Requirements
- 10+ years of expert-level experience in IT products' physical technologies (mechanical, thermal, cabling, power, EMC, safety, environmental, including transportation, etc.) for Cloud and Enterprise space
- Verifiable experience in designing market-successful IT products
- Recognizable influence on IT industry
- Excellent teamwork and cross-team collaboration skills
- Strong communication, presentation, analysis, and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of the physical architecture of IT products and IT equipment site requirements
- Familiarity with hardware and key chipsets of IT products (x86, ARM, memory)
- Familiarity with safety, electromagnetic compatibility, thermals, and environmental, including transportation, testing
- Skilled information and intelligence gathering capability and technical planning ability for IT products
Responsibilities
- Analyze IT technology trends, participate in IT products' physical standards' conferences/committees, and be responsible for Client's proposals
- Responsible for physical (mechanical, thermal, cabling, powering, EMC, safety, environmental, including transportation) technologies' planning for IT products
- Responsible for physical design, including pre-study, requirements' analysis, and architecture for the global IT product line
