Requirements
  • Three to five or more years of professional experience in digital and print design, with emphasis on web and user interface design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and high-level visual execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD, and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices.
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in photography, image capture, and retouching.

Responsibilities
  • Design responsive, visually compelling, and user-centered web interfaces.
  • Translate wireframes and user journeys into polished desktop and mobile user interface designs.
  • Apply visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and interaction design principles.
  • Ensure accessibility, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance, usability, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and component libraries.
  • Partner with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation.
  • Iterate designs based on analytics, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain and evolve consistent visual standards across creative assets.
  • Translate marketing strategy into cohesive visual systems aligned with brand voice and values.
  • Provide art direction across typography, color, imagery, layout, and interaction patterns.
  • Apply user-centered design methodologies to concepts, navigation structures, storyboards, and layouts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define objectives, constraints, and creative approach.
  • Design and support execution of integrated marketing materials, including website and multimedia content, email campaigns, social media assets, promotional merchandise, presentations, photography and video assets, brochures, catalogs, print collateral, digital and print advertising, retail and point-of-purchase displays, and event and exhibit graphics.
  • Review deliverables for brand consistency, accessibility, and production readiness.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Balance creative vision with timelines and resource constraints.
  • Ensure high-quality digital and print production standards.
