Requirements
  • 4+ years of ed tech customer success, enrollment management, sales or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to facilitate and enable people to collaborate with each other through organized and accurate information sharing
  • Experience in the higher education operations landscape (financial aid, enrollment, student success, etc.) a positive, but not required
  • High attention to detail, and an efficient organizer who also has the ability to think and plan strategically
  • Willing to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Growth mentality and interest in identifying new efficiencies and processes
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy level

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted consultant to academic partners in the InStride Academic Network, working closely with internal and external partners to drive enrollments, insights, and value
  • Serve as a main point of contact on the Academic Partner Success Team regarding comprehensive program data integrity, hygiene and maintenance
  • In partnership with the Implementations team, manage new university implementations and troubleshoot problems
  • Organize and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with increasingly more senior attendees and more strategic content
  • Track and report performance metrics and recommend strategies for improving strength of relationship
  • Prepare critical implementation documentation to enable corporate partner launches
  • Promptly inform the university partner on ongoing changes to corporate partner program configurations
  • Plan and present key partnership data to key partners within InStride and on the university partner team
  • In partnership with Product team, support highly detailed, time-sensitive processes for academic partner program integrations/data exchange within InStride platform
  • Maintain a cadence of regular syncs & reviews with portfolio of academic partners and Learner Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams at InStride
  • Execute and collaborate in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
