Responsibilities
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll potential participants according to study protocols
  • Conduct the informed consent process and obtain authorization(s) for release of information as needed
  • Collaborate with study medical clinicians to assess eligibility, randomize, and monitor participants
  • Schedule participants for study visits and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Conduct study visits, including structured interviews, questionnaires, and safety assessments
  • Collect, process, and document biological samples and prepare/shipment of biologic samples per protocol
  • Complete visit checklists, progress notes, and maintain accurate study documentation
  • Enter and manage study data in electronic case report forms (eCRFs), responding promptly to data queries
  • Monitor participants for adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), and report as required
  • Train and onboard participants in the use of study-related remote monitoring
  • Support investigators and study team with protocol adherence, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior research experience in clinical trials, especially addiction or behavioral health
