  • 2-3 years experience in a quota carrying sales role and/or a Business Development Representative role
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare/healthtech in provider relations, account management, or customer success role
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and healthcare providers
  • Source and research leads matching the clinical profile of physician partners
  • Prospect in assigned geographic area for new physician partnership opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans to expand physician networks and increase revenue
  • Provide insights to internal teams on client initiatives and market movements
  • Implement account penetration strategies for growth and re-engagement
  • Coordinate meetings/presentations with physicians to address concerns
  • Adhere to company sales and pricing guidelines
  • Document and analyze customer-focused activities for future opportunities
  • Maintain industry understanding and cultivate a core book of business
  • Collaborate with team members on sales terms and negotiations
  • Track and update internal tracking systems for accuracy
  • Provide timely reporting on physician relations activities
  • Participate in professional organizations and industry events
