Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in IT and Security, ideally for a remote-first SaaS start-up
  • Experience building IT processes from scratch and implementing best practices at a remote-first company
  • Experience in SOC2 processes and procedures
  • Deep understanding of MacOS and Apple products
  • Experience with SSO/SAML solutions such as Okta (or similar)
  • Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization
  • Experience implementing and managing a device management solution such as Jamf (or similar)
  • Experience managing and configuring Google Workspace
Responsibilities
  • Build and implement IT processes to enable business units across the company to do their best work and have access to the best technology solutions
  • Help manage the growing list of solutions we’re using, manage access to those solutions, and ensure they are all configured with security in mind
  • Partner closely with multiple teams across the company such as HR and engineering to help create a world-class onboarding experience and ensure that security protocols and configurations are set up properly
  • Have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles in technology or people leadership positions
  • Help fight financial crime by making a positive impact on the world with your work
