Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate functions, conferences, and client engagements.
Manage event logistics, vendor communications, and scheduling.
Prepare event materials, coordinate on-site setups, and ensure smooth execution.
Support budgeting, tracking, and reporting for events.
Provide administrative support to the events team as needed.
Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
